Swallow pride Uhuru and Call Back Kenyan Troops from Somalia

President Uhuru should swallow his pride and ours as a nation and call back the Kenyan troops operating in Somalia.

Once the Kenyan troops had confirmed Operation Linda Nchi as successful, Uhuru should have called them back home.

As it is right now Al-Shabaab is our problem but Somalia is not. It's because of our security at stake and pride in play that we still have Kenyan troops in Somalia.

Somalis are threatened. They no longer have the freedom to move about as they wish. What with the curfews?

With the alleged involvement of Kenyan officers in the charcoal business and smuggling, their economic status is at stake too.

Mr. President Uhuru, do you think Somalis are happy with us taking up their opportunities?

A man fighting for his freedom is very fierce. In this case, it's evident that Al-Shabaab is going to greater extents to cause Kenya pain and bloodshed.

Is Mr Uhuru proud of this? Probably not but pride is still in the play.

Mr Uhuru, Kenyans have had enough. You should say NO MORE. Why let our people die at the mercy of a useless vendetta.

Al-Shabaab is our enemy but Uhuru is forgetting that securing Kenya should come before protecting Somalia.

I wonder what kind of a man goes to help his neighbour secure his homestead yet his own is in chaos.

President Uhuru is too proud to acknowledge that his own home is in danger (Probably an advocate for the proudly Kenyan ad.) It is such pride that makes us vulnerable.

Look at what is happening in Garissa. How about Westgate Mall? Innocent Kenyans! Aren't these deaths enough to convince you to order the Kenyan troops to come back home?

Al-Shabaab has a clear conscience and so does President Uhuru. They have got their legacy to protect and their pride too but once our lives are on the line then we have to swallow our pride.

Mr Uhuru, who do you think is losing more? Al-Shabaab? Probably not since virgins await them in paradise while Kenyans die like flies.

Swallow your pride President Uhuru Kenyatta and maybe you would save more lives than you would have to protect.

Let Somalia take care of herself. If not then let her be UN's problem and not Kenya's problem.

Remember pride comes before a fall!
